MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION
You may cancel your subscription through CCBill at any time by visiting Member Services. You are responsible for managing your membership. Failure to provide accurate contact information or failure to properly request a cancellation may result in your account being charged for the entire subscription amount. Recurring memberships will automatically renew unless notice is received prior to the renewal date.
ACCEPTABLE USE
The subscription you purchase is for your use only and entitles you to view the content of this web site on a single computer or your portable media player. If the Service detects that multiple parties are using your account, your account will be immediately suspended or terminated without refund. For this reason, it is important that you select a username and password that are hard to guess and that you do not share your password with anyone else. Password sharing and theft are strictly prohibited and monitored!
SERVER RELIABILITY
Servers crash, pipelines to servers go down, and even hubs between you and our servers sometimes go down.
While we take every opportunity to ensure the site stays up 100% of the time with redundancy, the site can and will on occasion be unreachable. Mostly this happens for routine maintenance, or as mentioned above, hubs, pipelines, and the server itself my crash. Often the server is up and running again in minutes, but if the company hosting the bandwidth loses its functionality, there could be a delay while they make repairs, exactly like waiting for phone or electrical service to be restored. There are no refunds for downtime, as server failure is a given in most any web traffic situation.
CONTENT REMOVAL
On very few occasions the site will remove content temporarily or permanently. This site is a static work of art, and can change at anytime.
PASSWORD SHARING
This site has pretty good security. We can see all your logins, what IP and location they came from, along with what you have downloaded. If a password is being used from too many different IP ranges, the system will block your account, and you need to email us (support@brunohunter.com) to resolve the situation.
Your account may also be suspended for:
Too many login attempts in a short period of time (system thinks 20 people are using the same account)
Too many attempts to login in with the wrong username or password (often after three attempts it blocks you for several hours)
Too many logins ins from too many IPs
The last one, "Too Many IPs" happens often. A member's username and password is being used in 6-10 different countries and gets blocked. Logins from many different countries means someone got a hold of your username and posted it on a password sharing site, and inappropriate people are using your password to try to gain access to the site.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
This site does not use DRM or other protection services. Because of this, All Sales Are Final. People routinely buy memberships, consume all the content, and then ask for a refund. The videos are in the two most popular formats Windows Media and Quicktime and are highly compatible with most computer systems. BrunoHunter.com is not responsible for your computer, it's configuration, or inability to play these files. While BrunoHunter.com will try to offer you some minor technical support, ultimately, the responsibility is on the End User to make sure their system has the ability to play content.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
BrunoHunter.com provides its service to you subject to the Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated at any time without notice to you. Any changes posted are effective immediately upon posting and may be applied retroactively at the discretion of BrunoHunter.com. In addition, when using particular services, you and BrunoHunter.com shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services that may be posted from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the TOS. YOUR REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS

NO RESALE OF SERVICE
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service.
TERMINATION
BrunoHunter.com, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the Service if it believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the TOS. BrunoHunter.com shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Service.
